📋 Description

• Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) • Support U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) systems • Support cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair • Evaluate complex operational and organizational challenges • Analyze the use and allocation of personnel, funding, materials, equipment, and other resources • Support strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, performance measurement, and scheduling • Conduct modeling, simulation, and what-if analyses • Analyze supply chain, transportation, distribution, logistics, and operational processes • Develop and evaluate alternative courses of action for planning, optimization, and resource management • Translate analytical findings into recommendations, reports, visualizations, and decision-support products for technical and program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Required Clearance: Secret • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Experience integrating logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research • Ability to apply mathematical, scientific, engineering, and analytical methods • Experience gathering, validating, organizing, and analyzing large and complex datasets • Knowledge of simulation, linear and nonlinear programming, dynamic programming, queuing models, stochastic-process models, and analytic hierarchy processes • Experience developing mathematical and analytical models • Experience with modeling, simulation, and what-if analyses • Knowledge of supply chain, transportation, distribution, logistics, and operational processes • Ability to establish and assess performance measures and analytical metrics • Ability to interpret analytical results and produce recommendations, reports, visualizations, and decision-support products
