📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems. • Define testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies. • Ensure alignment of testing activities with program requirements and industry standards. • Lead the execution of functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Perform automated and manual testing as appropriate. • Document, analyze, and report test results, identifying defects, risks, and areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to software quality assurance standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks. • Validate that security, interoperability, and performance requirements are met. • Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by embedding automated testing.

🎯 Requirements

• DoD 8140 Certification • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or evaluation. • Expertise with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman). • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration. • Familiarity with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla). • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). • Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, secure coding standards, and vulnerability assessment. • Understanding of system integration testing, interoperability, and requirements validation.
