📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market developments, competitive landscapes, economic indicators, and prospective business opportunities • Research prospective client organizations, including operations, organizational structures, leadership teams, workforce requirements, and commercial characteristics • Evaluate prospective opportunities against organizational capabilities, target markets, service offerings, and strategic priorities • Leverage AI-powered tools, research platforms, and automated workflows for market intelligence and prospect research • Manage and maintain business development pipelines, opportunity records, sales stages, and updates • Maintain CRM data integrity and support reporting, dashboards, and sales activity summaries • Analyze sales activity, pipeline conversion rates, opportunity progression, deal velocity, and related metrics • Provide Business Development Directors and Executives with research, account intelligence, buyer mapping, and competitive insights • Assist with client presentations, executive briefings, business proposals, RFP responses, and market assessments • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders • Support planning and coordination of conferences, client meetings, networking events, and business development activities • Improve sales workflows, research processes, CRM utilization, reporting consistency, and administrative procedures • Assist with sales enablement platforms, research databases, CRM applications, reporting tools, and related technologies • Coordinate business development projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, market summaries, sales performance analyses, and presentation materials for leadership
