📋 Description
• Support VMS deployments and enhancements, including design documentation, validation, UAT, and data loads/conversion • Own VMS level 1 support for assigned program teams, including enhancement testing and business cases, troubleshooting, user training, ticket management, and documentation • Act as VMS administrator for imports, user management, integration monitoring, and configuration administration • Serve as point of contact for the VMS account manager • Gather requirements, consult on solution design, and prepare documentation • Perform solution validation and UAT • Deliver training and create guides, notifications, and SOPs • Provide steady-state VMS level 1 support and enhancement management • Manage imports, users, integration monitoring, and training
