📋 Description

• Manage daily trade flow across multiple brokers and custodians, monitoring orders and adjusting execution strategies based on market conditions and order size • Execute large and complex orders across various product lines using algorithmic trading tools and established execution strategies • Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and custodians to manage significant orders, resolve execution issues, and identify process improvement opportunities • Identify, research, and resolve trade errors and exceptions; track recurring issues and recommend system or process changes • Provide exceptional client service to internal teams by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and responding to time-sensitive requests • Master multiple trading software systems and provide user support for troubleshooting • Support rollout and implementation of a new rebalancing system, including parallel portfolio rebalances, variance analysis, and vendor communication • Review and update trading system settings to optimize trading efficiency and precision • Recommend and assist with enhancements to trading processes and systems • Contribute to projects involving software evaluation, onboarding firms to existing systems, and technology-driven process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, MIS, or a related business field required • 3+ years of trading or financial operations experience preferred • Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities • Excellent client service and communication skills • Strong aptitude for technology and ability to adapt quickly to change • Solid decision-making and analytical abilities • Experience with rebalancing or trading order management systems (OMS), such as Charles River, Orion Advisor Services, Envestnet Tamarac, RedBlack, or similar systems • Proficiency in Excel • Experience with VBA preferred
