📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level product and service training to professional painting contractors • Conduct contractor training programs focused on product application • Monitor training effectiveness and collect attendee feedback to improve content and presentation • Collaborate with sales teams to implement customized training programs for strategic customers • Partner with Training Implementation Specialists to align business plans and training strategies • Develop product application training plans with field sales representatives and sales management • Connect with marketing and R&D to align strategy and reinforce marketing initiatives • Use systems and technology to improve metrics reporting and internal communication • Conduct annual assessments and quarterly reviews for representatives and customers • Collaborate with sales leadership and field training teams on program goals, timelines, and execution • Amend existing product training programs with market TIS and content development teams • Secure product application space and set up and take down materials • Maintain safety requirements for participants and facilities • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required • BA/BS college degree preferred, or equivalent industry business experience • Experience with facilitation and delivering training • NACE, MPI certifications preferred • In depth knowledge of the paint industry • Industry affiliations or participation such as MPI, PCA, or others • Valid driver's license and good driving record are a must • 70% travel required, based on market needs • Excellent PC (MSOffice, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skills • Ability and willingness to travel three to four days a week • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary • Must be able to lift more than 10-50lbs • Must reside within the area of a Benjamin Moore facility listed in this posting: Aurora, CO, or Lewisville, TX
