📋 Description

• A Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving a company's growth and expansion. • They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and eventually handing off the client to an account manager. • The position contributes to the strategic sales of the organization. • This role involves a combination of market research, lead generation, objective handling, negotiations, and client relationship management, all aimed at increasing revenue and market presence. • Business Development Associates work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the company's growth objectives are met effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales position. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think on your feet. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. • Highly organized and process driven • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences effectively. • Proficiency in using Zoho software and other sales productivity tools. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Must have compounding pharmacy experience (at least 6 months)
