🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience • Meaningful M&A transaction experience required • Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback • Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling • Client management skills • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders • Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential.
