📋 Description

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing purpose-driven games and interactive experiences • Serve as the central point of contact among clients, studio leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders • Coordinate development from concept through release and live operations • Balance creative, technical, contractual, and stakeholder needs • Translate complex project goals into engaging and effective player experiences • Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders • Identify and manage project success goals • Align strategic goals and tactical measures with studio leadership and finance • Procure project-related software, equipment, and external development resources • Plan, negotiate, and manage outsourcing contracts • Estimate, budget, prioritize, and schedule software development tasks • Track resource allocation, expenditures, schedules, and budgets against contractual commitments • Track and report project finances • Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive risk action plan results • Improve project development pipelines and workflows • Provide project status and financial reports to studio leadership • Communicate project vision, goals, and objectives • Coordinate internal and external resources to eliminate roadblocks and ensure SOW completion • Work with project teams and QA on bug assignment, prioritization, and resolution • Complete project retrospectives/post mortems • Provide project demos and interviews as needed • Contribute to department processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional project management practices and software expertise • Demonstrate financial and business acumen • Proactive and collaborative communication skills • Motivated by careful, objective, & detail-oriented work • Ability to work as part of a team • Amateur or Professional Experience with Unity, Unreal, or other proprietary engines • Strong interest in the industry and a desire to create high-quality interactive experiences with an eye towards successful product launch • Strong Experience with task-tracking and project management software • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance; continued employment may be contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining that clearance • Previous experience with video game development, specifically games, simulations, or interactive products for education, training, or other mission-driven clients (nice to have) • PMI PMP Certification (nice to have)
