📋 Description

• Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 2 hours of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or surrounding areas, with up to 80% driving time • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks • Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment • Train clients to use the equipment confidently • Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment • Support clients using Pitney Bowes technology across a diverse customer base • Perform service and parts sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Significant driving time and ability to work independently in the field • Ability to lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred) • Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Employer will not sponsor employment visa status now or in the future
