📋 Description
• Overseeing the day to day operations for a small team of processors. • Maintains an active pipeline and processes loans. • Serves as first point of contact for escalations on other loan files. • Assists with onboarding and training new processors. • Assists AVP with rolling out new processes and procedures for the Processing Team. • Assists processing team if AVP is out of office. • Maintains high level of customer service by being proactive in communicating with borrowers and team members.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • 5 years processing Business Purpose (BPL) Loans required. • 2 years processing team loan experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex loan pipeline. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with company’s Loan Origination System and technology platforms. • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with team • Strong attention to detail
