📋 Description

• Support delivery of high-quality, equitable abortion services • Collaboratively develop and deliver new training tools and integrate existing resources into a standardized, cohesive, accessible suite for staff onboarding, training, and resilience • Provide training on abortion service delivery, customer service, equity drivers, and other SRH topics such as contraceptive care • Oversee communication, registration, and coordination of CAPS proctoring programs for affiliate clinical staff • Support comprehensive, accessible, and modifiable training programming covering clinical care, patient experience, and equity • Deliver clinical trainings remotely and in person • Strategize dissemination and utilization of training programs and create response and improvement mechanisms based on barriers, evaluations, and KPIs • Collaborate with health care delivery teams and training programs across PPFA teams and divisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma plus 5+ years of experience in SRH care and training, emphasizing abortion care • Expertise in multiple components of abortion and SRH care visits • Deep understanding of drivers of efficient, exceptional, patient-centered health care • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to build effective partnerships with internal and external collaborators and customers • Exceptional assessment and diplomatic skills to manage challenges • Familiarity with building training evaluations and using data • Knowledge of and ability to apply best practices in virtual training platforms • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Knowledge and application of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts, including power and privilege, emotional intelligence, and implicit bias • Knowledge of the abortion-care landscape and barriers and facilitators to abortion access across the country • Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline at staff, board, and/or affiliate levels • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a highly matrixed environment • Extremely organized, process-oriented, self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment • Passion for Planned Parenthood’s mission and health provision and advocacy • Must reside somewhere allowing quick and reliable transit to an airport • Able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
