📋 Description

• Support the customer support team with day-to-day operations and ongoing projects across Europe • Provide technical customer support via email and telephone • Advise end customers on sales and product-related inquiries • Manage complaints and returns • Regularly audit and optimize existing in-house processes • Contribute to new and innovative projects • Work flexibly from home and maintain regular communication with colleagues and management

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in energy engineering, environmental engineering, engineering, engineering management, or a comparable field • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and enjoyment of interacting with people • Initial practical experience in photovoltaics is an advantage, or a strong interest in the field • Ability to think conceptually and take a broader perspective • Structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work • Very good German and good English skills • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week • Willingness to commit to a position lasting at least 6 months
