📋 Description

• Answer current and prospective patient questions. • Triage inquiries to the appropriate medical staff across multiple platforms. • Ensure accurate data flow across platforms. • Troubleshoot patient technical problems within the internal dashboard system. • Help support our members' labs, pharmacy, and other resource needs. • Assist members with vulnerable mental health through safety planning and intervention.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience and a desire to increase access to gender-affirming care. • 2+ years in a customer service role with a demonstrated history of excellent customer/patient/member service. • Great attention to detail in addition to data management and data entry skills. • Respectful and empathetic written and verbal communication. • Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new computer systems. • Comfortable interfacing with patients and colleagues within a fully remote environment.
