📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with product owners • Analyze and decompose high-level regulatory, operational, and user needs • Develop and maintain requirements documentation • Manage and refine the Jira backlog • Create and maintain detailed story descriptions and acceptance criteria • Support Agile delivery ceremonies and maintain strong requirements traceability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or modernization initiatives • Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation in complex multi-system environments. • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence • Experience supporting Agile delivery teams • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation
