📋 Description
• Perform psychosocial assessments using evidence-based practices • Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients • Participate in collaborative care team meetings • Develop collaborative relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providers • Monitor patient service quality and progress for referred patients • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation documentation promptly • Work with patients, families, and teams to overcome treatment obstacles
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a NY Medicaid Provider Number • Earned Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology • Degree from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA) • Maintain licensure as required by the licensing board
