📋 Description
• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices • Provide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities • Participate in collaborative care team meetings • Develop collaborative relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providers • Monitor patient service quality and progress for referred patients • Complete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner • Work closely with patient, family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a NY Medicaid Provider Number • Earned Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA) • Maintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing board
