📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health treatment for common primary-care conditions including depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders • Perform psychosocial assessments • Provide individual, family, and group therapy • Participate in collaborative care team meetings • Develop relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providers • Monitor service quality and patient progress • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and implementation documentation • Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to overcome treatment obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• Earned Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA) • Must have a NY Medicaid Provider Number • Maintain licensure as required by the licensing board • Ability to perform psychosocial assessments using evidence-based practices • Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities • Ability to complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning documentation
