📋 Description

• Oversees operations workflow and owns the execution of transactions/processes • Manages direct reports on the operations team • Assists team members with escalated issues • Provides coaching and development to team members • Provides consultation and advice to service partners and customers • Reviews transactions and/or reports to monitor quality and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • AAP Certification preferred • ACH experience • Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations • Assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives and activities
