📋 Description

• support Fulfillment by providing comprehensive loan documentation support • ensure new and existing team members understand requirements and expectations • provide clear guidance, aligned with internal legal resources • support day‑to‑day inquiries and escalations • coach operations process managers and team members • determine and/or drive change and improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience • strong legal background and deep expertise in loan documentation • knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs • ability to leverage information in creating customized customer solutions • assessing and effectively managing risks associated with business objectives
