📋 Description

• Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. • Typically works with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs. • Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. • Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. • Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being. • Manages effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients. • Ensures awareness of the full range of PNC's products and services. • Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• minimum of 4 years of merchant services sales experience • Preferred Skills: Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities • Competencies: Business Acumen, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Prospecting, Sales Negotiating, Selling, Tech Savvy • Work Experience: 5+ years of industry-relevant experience • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. • Specific certifications are often required. • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
