📋 Description

• Own delivery across multiple broker workstreams from discovery and requirements through launch and adoption • Drive the broker roadmap and connect projects to channel goals such as loan officer activation, submission quality, and funded volume • Write specifications for major features and manage Jira tickets through the SDLC process • Make scope, design, and technical trade-offs with engineering and design • Interview loan officers, processors, and brokerage owners weekly • Combine user feedback, support cases, session recordings, and funnel data into product recommendations • Define instrumentation and success metrics before launch • Analyze post-launch results and recommend next steps • Scope and evaluate integrations with mortgage industry systems, including pricing engines and loan origination systems • Partner with Broker Operations and Compliance on task routing, document handling, and state-by-state rules • QA releases spanning interrelated features, triage bugs, and determine launch blockers • Report status, results, and risks to Product leadership and channel stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience shipping major features in a B2B, B2B2C, or partner-facing product • Experience where the product user is not the end customer • Experience taking over an in-flight product or program and improving its results • Ability to write SQL • Experience using analytics tools such as Sigma or PostHog • Experience using AI to form hypotheses and measure outcomes • Ability to sketch wireframes and provide specific, usable design feedback • Ability to build alignment with Sales, Operations, and Compliance partners without direct authority • Experience with mortgage brokers, loan officers, or third-party origination channels (nice to have) • Experience with partner portals or Salesforce Experience Cloud (nice to have) • Experience scoping API integrations with third-party platforms (nice to have) • Experience in mortgage, lending, fintech, or real estate (nice to have) • Candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
