β’ Primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. β’ Build multi-level relationships across DevOps, FinOps, Engineering, Finance, and Exec stakeholders. β’ Maintain clear account plans with renewal and expansion strategy. β’ Own all renewals, negotiations, and forecasting. β’ Identify and close expansion (new BUs, increased usage, new modules). β’ Navigate pricing, legal, and procurement workflows. β’ Partner with SE to ensure strong onboarding and time-to-value. β’ Proactively manage risk and protect revenue. β’ Translate technical value into ROI and business outcomes.
β’ 5+ years in enterprise account management, CS, or strategic sales. β’ Managed complex enterprise accounts ($250k+ ARR preferred). β’ Owned renewals and expansion with revenue or NRR quota. β’ Experience with complex procurement cycles. β’ Strong understanding of DevOps and/or FinOps. β’ Familiar with AWS/GCP/Azure environments. β’ Able to engage credibly with engineering and finance leaders. β’ Strong executive communication. β’ Enterprise negotiation skills. β’ Structured account planning and forecasting. β’ High ownership and accountability.
β’ Base Salary Range: $133,000 - $168,000 β’ Competitive OTE range $190,000 - $240,000 with uncapped commission plus equity β’ Health, dental, vision (yes, all three!) β’ Generous PTO β’ 401K β’ Meal & commuter benefits
