📋 Description

• Submit roughly 20 well-matched castings per day on behalf of the talent roster • Read briefs, select suitable talent, attach correct materials, and write persuasive submission notes • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to brand marketers, agency leads, and decision-makers • Personalize outreach, track every touch, and convert connections into qualified conversations • Apply talent and the agency to brand opportunities, accelerator programs, and platform-driven open calls • Write concise storytelling pitches focused on creator narrative and category fit • Monitor, refine, and clean AI-generated pitching outputs daily • Maintain accurate records of pitches, responses, and re-engagement dates • Hand off warm replies to the Brand Partnerships Specialist with full context • Identify category gaps, brand whitespace, and seasonal opportunities, then build targeted pitch lists • Provide weekly reporting to the Principal on castings, LinkedIn outreach, applications, AI pitches, replies, and patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, brand partnerships outreach, or a comparable outbound role • Excellent professional written English; native or near-native fluency required • Strong short-form writing skills, including 75-word pitches or LinkedIn messages • Comfort with high-volume LinkedIn outreach, targeting, personalization, and disciplined follow-up cadences • Fluency with AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude for outbound work • Bonus for experience with Smartlead, Apollo, or comparable outbound tooling • Familiarity with influencer casting platforms, brand application forms, and the creator economy ecosystem • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working from a daily/weekly output dashboard • Reliable, professional remote work setup with stable internet and ability to take calls when needed • Ability to overlap with US Eastern Time hours • LinkedIn profile URL required • Resume required
