📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams • Oversee sub-consultants • Manage federal facility projects for DoD and non-DoD agencies • Apply design requirements for federal facilities • Support U.S. Navy projects • Manage project delivery, contract management, and client relationships • Coordinate with federal clients and support federal contracting and procurement processes • Lead teams and contribute to a client-first culture

🎯 Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture • 5+ years of experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction organization • Federal client support experience preferred; Navy experience strongly preferred • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Professional Registration (PE or RA) required • Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management • Experience with Federal contracting, procurement processes, and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software • Ability to travel as needed • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance • Ability to travel internationally via passport or other official documentation if required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) • Ability to obtain additional security credentials and security clearance if required • Self-starting, driven individual who takes initiative and leads teams • Ability to work with a team-based philosophy and exceed client expectations
