📋 Description

• Join the growing Professional Design Services team • Take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems • Mentor junior-level MEP engineers while supporting proposal efforts • Work on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies • Broaden knowledge and deepen skill set in building systems design • Efficiently navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation • Opportunity for career growth while working on impactful electrical engineering projects.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university • 5+ years of related MEP experience • Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM • Federal project experience will have special consideration • Experience mentoring and training employees • Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients • PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future • Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
