📋 Description

• Lead the organization's cybersecurity program, including security planning, implementation, and ongoing management • Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans • Create and enforce information security policies, standards, and best practices • Manage and monitor security tools, controls, and overall security posture • Partner with IT teams and business leaders to improve security awareness and reduce organizational risk • Coordinate vulnerability assessments, audits, and remediation efforts • Maintain security documentation, risk registers, and a rolling security roadmap • Deliver employee security awareness training • Conduct regular testing of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures • Recommend improvements based on emerging threats and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related field • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills • Preferred: 7+ years of information security experience • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field • Preferred: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
