📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including launching and scaling new products and services. • Develop strategies grounded in a deep understanding of business goals, constraints, and market dynamics, supported by rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, providers, and partners to build a strong point of view on what matters in each initiative and use that to inform our strategy and how we prioritize. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, Legal and more, to align on priorities, remove blockers, and move with urgency. • Establish and run the operating rhythm of the division, including annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing goal tracking. • Drive group-wide prioritization and tradeoff decisions, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities. • Drive adoption of shared dashboards and reports, maintain visibility into initiative KPIs, and proactively surface insights with clear recommendations. • Support leadership team preparation for company and board-level reviews, ensuring the division presents with clarity and confidence. • Serve as a member of the Porch Consumer Services leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results, including launching new products or service offerings. • Strong bias to action; comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving with urgency, and staying focused on outcomes over process. • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across diverse, cross-functional teams. • Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews, planning cycles, and performance reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. • Comfort using AI tools as a genuine accelerator and core part of your work across research, analysis, automation, and communication.
