📋 Description

• Prospect and reach out to portable toilet companies and service operators through personal outreach and network • Work inbound leads as a consultant • Speak with owners and decision makers about scheduling, routing, and operations • Run straightforward demos focused on simplifying day-to-day work • Organize pipeline, notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce • Manage deals from first conversation through close • Focus on customer problems and product solutions rather than feature dumping • Share feedback from conversations to improve positioning and product direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling software • Comfortable selling into contractors or blue-collar industries • Able to sell to established SMB operators with real volume, problems, and urgency • Able to run a consultative sale instead of reading off features • Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations • Organized enough to manage your own pipeline inside Salesforce • Able to talk to business owners in a normal, direct way • Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor • Bonus if experienced with field service, sanitation, construction, or logistics-related software
