PAA targets value-based and risk-based contracts (bundles, ACOs, Medicare Advantage) and positions its solutions to reduce readmissions, lower total cost of care, and improve in-network utilization, delivered as a SaaS/cloud solution with integrations and partner programs.

📋 Description

• Own the integration product surface area • Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the integration platform and customer/partner integrations • Assess business value and prioritize integration work based on customer impact, revenue/retention potential, implementation scale, reliability risk, and engineering effort • Establish and track success metrics including time-to-integrate, integration reliability/SLA adherence, error rates, throughput/latency, support burden, and adoption • Partner with Client/Implementation teams and customers/partners to understand integration requirements, constraints, timelines, and acceptance criteria • Productize Engineering output into templates, playbooks, reference architectures, and documentation for repeatable scaling • Partner with Operations and Client Success to support adoption by new payer clients and post-acute care partners • Write epics, user stories, and technical requirements covering data mapping, edge cases, error handling, security, observability, and support workflows • Own and refine the product backlog for the Integrations Engineering Scrum team • Lead or enable sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review readiness • Coordinate dependencies across Product, DevOps, InfoSec, Data/Analytics, QA, Implementation, and Support • Analyze production incidents, integration failures, customer escalations, and operational pain points; prioritize systemic fixes • Partner with engineering leadership on build-vs-buy decisions and long-term maintenance costs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience • Technical product, platform product, or integration-heavy product experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience shipping products with meaningful technical depth, including APIs, data platforms, workflow automation, integration middleware, or developer-facing capabilities • Track record of productizing and scaling technical capabilities by turning one-off customer solutions into repeatable, reusable product components • Confidence with senior external stakeholders, including payer CIOs and CMOs, health-system executives, and partner VPs • Healthcare technology experience preferred, including clinical data flows, payer authorization files, ADT feeds, and HIPAA-governed environments • Technical fluency sufficient to read API documentation/specifications, data schemas, mapping files, logs, and dashboards • Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, X12/EDI, and SFTP-based file exchange • Familiarity with automation approaches such as RPA is a plus • Comfort using data to make decisions; basic SQL skills and/or experience
