• Manage product backlog and requirements for an assigned enterprise technology product • Translate business needs into deliverable solutions • Define requirements and prioritize work • Partner with stakeholders and development teams to support aligned, high-quality product outcomes • Gather and define business requirements • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and organizational priorities • Conduct business analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product delivery with business needs • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Support delivery planning and execution
• High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development • Requires certification • Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development • Requires certification • Equivalent combination of education and experience • Applicable information technology certification required when qualifying through a high school diploma, GED, or Associate's degree pathway • Applicable certifications accepted include MTA, MCSA (BI), PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, IIBA CCBA, CBAP, ITIL v3, or equivalent certification • Valid driver's license • Must reside within United States • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Preferred: Four (4) years of project management, business analyst, or other information analytics experience • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience writing and executing SQL statements, with ability to navigate database structures and schemas • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
