• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware and network systems across job sites. • Provide hands-on support for end users, including troubleshooting connectivity, hardware, and software issues. • Perform preventative maintenance, updates, and repairs on IT systems. • Support implementation of site technology, including cameras, access control, and project communication systems. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure field systems align with company security standards. • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and service tickets. • Provide timely and professional communication to end users and leadership. • Travel to job sites as required to support ongoing IT operations.
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of IT experience in a field support or infrastructure role. • Working knowledge of networking, Windows systems, and hardware troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
