• Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis. • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL, and Python. • Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships. • Clearly and succinctly present and explain advanced measurement methodologies and models to internal and external teams. • Ensure that insights are actionable and tied to client business goals. • Mentor and develop Measurement Analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement. • 3+ years of agency experience. • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations. • Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL. • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran. • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies. • Excellent problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Demonstrated managerial experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, 2-3 years of team management experience.
