• Develop, implement and manage regional and local HCP tactics to support the brand strategy • Interact with all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication • Work with analytics & insights to monitor and analyze market trends • Partner with Patient Advocacy groups to support patient support efforts • Coordinate activities with internal and external partners/vendors • Lead cross-functional teams or projects; share expertise through mentoring • Manage risk associated with marketing programs by working within the HPRC review process • Provide input to market research on study design and interpret findings • Develop and work with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics • Support annual business planning
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 8 plus years’ experience in the US pharmaceutical industry • 5 years US pharmaceutical marketing experience or other relevant experience • Specialty Marketing/Rheumatology experience strongly preferred • Prior field-based experience preferred • Experience working directly with digital partners (e.g., Google, third party media) strongly preferred • Experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving metrics-based optimization strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resources • History of successful performance • Proficiency in MSOffice, Outlook, and database applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time
