📋 Description

• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, cash receipts daily • Prepare, record, and verify monthly journal entries • Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures • Create, prepare, and analyze monthly and on-demand financial reports • Assist with the annual budgeting process • Prepare workpapers and documentation for internal and external audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required • CPA certification a plus • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience • Nonprofit and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred • Strong technical accounting, mathematical and analytical skills • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Effective oral and written communication skills • Experience working with Microsoft office suite • Experience in using an accounting software, Financial Edge preferred
