📋 Description

• Create detailed 3D building information models (BIM) of furniture and medical equipment • Prepare precise construction drawing sets, sheets for plotting, and equipment schedules • Work with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts • Manage clash detection and align spatial requirements across disciplines • Follow company drafting standards • Manage file revision controls • Build custom parametric families • Collaborate closely with Medical Equipment Planners and Interior Designers • Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as requested by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Design, Engineering, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and supplementary tools • Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, clash detection, and family creation • High attention to detail • Analytical problem-solving skills • Good communication skills for team coordination • Knowledge of SEPS/MilStd 1691 JSN's preferred • Familiarity with UFC Codes/Guide plates and FGI Healthcare Planning Guides preferred
