📋 Description

• Own the entire web stack, including the marketing site, onboarding funnels, customer portals, web app, and internal tools • Lead architecture, development, experimentation, and operations across all web applications • Contribute to product vision and decisions • Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly • Build adaptive, animated, mobile-first experiences • Integrate backend services via Swagger documentation • Integrate Google/Apple SSO authentication and payment gateways • Set up and optimize analytics, tracking, and conversion funnels with Growth and Marketing • Ship production-ready code end-to-end from idea through deployment and monitoring • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth • Influence conversion, retention, and learner experience for Praktika's users

🎯 Requirements

• Product-first mindset focused on user problems and business outcomes • Extensive experience with TypeScript, React (hooks, context, state management), and Node.js • Proficiency with Next.js or equivalent • Proficiency with CSS-in-JS or Tailwind • Hands-on experience integrating authentication providers such as Firebase and Auth0 • Hands-on experience integrating payment systems such as Stripe, RevenueCat, and PayPal • Hands-on experience with feature-flag platforms such as LaunchDarkly and Flagsmith • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude and PostHog • Strong UI/UX sensibility, including animation and micro-interactions • Experience with RESTful APIs • Proven experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics • Ability to work in an asynchronous, distributed, written-first culture • Portfolio of high-quality web projects and successful conversion experiments (bonus) • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth consumer product company (bonus)
