📋 Description

• Develop high-quality product features using modern web technologies and engineering best practices • Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend application components, APIs, and services • Define and evolve application architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards • Contribute to the growth of a scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable multi-tenant SaaS platform • Build and integrate AI-enabled features, workflows, and customer experiences • Collaborate with technical leadership on system design, architectural decisions, and platform strategy • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, testing, automation, and delivery-improvement initiatives • Promote AI-assisted development workflows, automation, and continuous improvement • Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing • Partner with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders on customer-focused solutions • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions • Deliver reliable, scalable, high-quality features and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications using contemporary frontend frameworks and technologies • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern software development practices • Experience designing and developing APIs and backend services • Experience working with cloud-based application environments and deployment pipelines • Strong understanding of application architecture, software design patterns, and scalable engineering principles • Experience with source control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices • Experience integrating AI services or AI-enabled capabilities into modern applications, or ability to rapidly develop expertise in this area • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, tool use, and AI orchestration • Understanding of reliability, security, privacy, governance, and user-experience considerations for AI-enabled applications • Ability to influence application architecture and engineering standards • Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions within SaaS environments • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, security principles, and multi-tenant application patterns • Ability to balance technical excellence with business and delivery goals • Experience mentoring engineers • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and separation of concerns • Experience building accessible, performant, and responsive web applications • Familiarity with data-fetching, state management, routing, and application architecture patterns • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows • Familiarity with specification-driven development, automation, and quality-focused engineering practices • Work in the Eastern Time Zone • Must be located in one of: AL, AR, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, or DC
