• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs • Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions that drive meaningful progress • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers • Support and empower families through education and guidance • Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills • Work closely with families and Behavior Technicians while shaping high-quality clinical care and mentorship • Provide ABA services to children with autism and help clinicians thrive within a supportive organization
• Active BCBA certification required • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field • Active state Licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions • Experience developing and implementing treatment plans • Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatment strategies • Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality care • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
