📋 Description

• Support the successful execution of client programs by managing timelines, workflows, and project deliverables • Oversee project workflows and facilitate internal and client meetings • Ensure that deliverables progress on schedule • Help manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions and coordinate with vendors • Support financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing • Lead smaller projects while mentoring junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
