📋 Description

• As one of the three core leaders of the account team, the Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and communicating project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs • You will serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status • In this role, you will oversee project workflows, coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, manage project documentation, and support financial tracking and invoicing activities • You will act as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications while ensuring compliance with relevant client and industry requirements • Additionally, you may manage program logistics, coordinate vendor activities, and provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools • Ability and willingness to travel as required
