📋 Description

• Support overall financial management for the client portfolio, reporting, day-to-day activities, and month-end close duties • Support monthly project accounting, lead status meetings with project managers, and manage project updates in financial trackers • Review and reconcile new projects, change orders, budget adjustments, carve-outs, milestones, revenue types, signatures, Salesforce data, and intercompany amounts • Set up new clients in accounting systems and files, map employees to billable rates, and review MSAs for rebates and discounts • Review intercompany revenue and cost transactions, assist with intercompany contract execution, and review cost allocations • Assist with revenue recognition and contract compliance • Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and budget/plan comparisons • Review project hours, expenses, roles, and rates against forecasts • Prepare and review client invoicing, follow up on past-due invoices, and maintain contract invoicing waterfalls • Review and submit monthly client accruals and consolidate accruals with other Precision entities • Review Salesforce business development opportunities and ensure accuracy across financial trackers • Track employees and subcontractor hours, expenses, and bill rates against forecast and budget • Review expense reports, invoices, and credit card bookings for proper billable-project coding and approval • Identify, allocate, and review intercompany transactions • Assist with ad hoc projects, annual budget preparation, P&L budget line items, annual audit support, policies and procedures, and monthly close activities • Advise and mentor junior staff on client finance best practices and career development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business • 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Agency or Professional Services experience a plus • Month end close experience • Revenue Recognition experience • Project Accounting experience • Client Services/Client Facing experience • Excellent client service and communication skills • Deadline-oriented with good time management and organizational skills • Critical thinking, analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills • Ability to process and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail and high accountability • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ethics and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information • Self-starting attitude and willingness to learn and grow rapidly
