📋 Description

• Conduct routine market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions • Assist in drafting and reviewing policy language and coverage forms under supervision • Gather and document business requirements for a new policy administration system • Ensure requirements align with product strategy and operational needs • Support user acceptance testing for new product systems or updates • Support preparation of product forms, rules, and filings under guidance from senior team members • Assist the Product Management team in developing, maintaining, and enhancing P&C insurance products • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, sales, project management, operations, and IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a P&C insurance environment • Experience with various P&C products and products based on rating bureaus such as ISO or AIB is a plus • PL experience is ideal • Experience with SERFF or other rate filing search systems preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with emphasis on Word • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within the insurance industry • Able to work with data and rating information • Comfortable partnering with underwriting, operations, actuarial, and IT teams • Careful and thorough in testing, documentation, and product support tasks
