📋 Description

• Act as an internal consultant, providing technical advice and consultation to customer groups and stakeholders • Advise management on project operations and activities • Develop mechanisms to evaluate client training needs and identify desired training • Identify target groups and test evaluation mechanisms with pilot groups • Determine the most effective and efficient training delivery methods • Provide day-to-day leadership to technical training and curriculum development staff • Assess the effectiveness of training staff and programs across multiple campuses • Identify gaps and negotiate solutions for quarterly training delivery schedules across all platforms and campuses • Promote staff professional development and career growth • Build effective relationships throughout the organization • Interface with senior management • Advocate for the Workforce Development department’s perspective • Ensure training rooms are appropriately equipped • Draft the annual technical training budget • Develop and administer performance improvement plans and activities • Consult with departments to assess non-routine training needs • Promote teamwork, flexibility, customer service, conflict resolution, problem solving, innovation, and big-picture thinking • Perform other duties as assigned • Understand and ensure the effective operation of assigned internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of work experience (Required) • Two (2) years of experience with technical training or procedures development programs (Required) • Two (2) years of experience in customer service, contact center or operations (Required) • Previous Team Leader/supervisory experience • Experience working in a fast-paced training environment • Advanced Degree • Professional Certifications (Project Management, Technology, Performance Consulting) • Experience with Change and Transition Management
