The practice offers orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, interventional pain management, physical therapy, MRI and imaging services, express ortho care, and patient resources such as online scheduling and educational content to help patients recover and return to activity.

📋 Description

• Accurately review medical records and assign ICD-10 and CPT codes in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations • Manage patient demographics, clinical documentation, and billing data across practice management systems and hospital records • Support and educate clinical staff and providers on documentation and coding standards to promote compliance, accuracy, and effective communication

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred • Accredited by the American Health Information Management Association (CCS-P) or the American Academy of Professional Coders (CPC) • Newly obtained coding certification to three years experience in provider coding and medical terminology with extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding required • Preferred specialty experience in areas of Orthopedics, Neurology, Physical Medicine, and Rehabilitation or Pain Management
