• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work • Participate in engagement teams to determine client needs • Lead data analysis and interpret data • Form initial recommendations from data interpretations, observations, and interviews • Draft deliverables for various audiences • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and participate in interviews • Synthesize findings and conclusions into recommendations • Support team deliverables and client presentations • Oversee Analyst work when requested • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models • Lead process standardization efforts • Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Obtain data, execute or oversee analyses, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Develop client presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes • Generate billing revenue through assigned analyses, reports, and implementation support • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads to managers • Lead production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables
• 2 or more years of applicable experience • High School (Required) • Awareness of market trends and key competitors’ activities • Negotiation skills and effective approaches to closing the sale • Networking skills • Knowledge of clients and the healthcare industry • Understanding of risk management practices • Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods • Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab • Advanced Excel skills • Tableau and Business Intelligence experience • Experience with Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred • Experience in healthcare, business, or finance • Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management • Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from efforts • Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Effective communication with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Ability to travel 61–80% within the US
