📋 Description

• Work collaboratively within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver healthcare performance improvement • Perform billable client work and lead consulting engagements • Drive engagement results and manage client relationships, resources, risks, issues, project logistics, budgets, economics, and profitability • Oversee development, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery of client solutions and deliverables • Execute and oversee data analyses, interpretations, conclusions, and presentations • Lead client interviews and determine client needs using analytical methods and tools • Develop recommendations and solutions for client review • Guide teams in developing client presentations and deliverables • Mentor and develop staff • Participate in sales calls, RFP responses, orals, statements of work preparation, add-on sales, and business development • Participate in Premier internal practice development, training, and educational activities • Complete annual required training and help develop practice training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences • Ability to oversee and quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public) • Making independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 81-100% within the US
