📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work • Lead and manage significant workstreams or projects • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work • Lead, guide, complete, and provide quality assurance over data analyses • Interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations • Develop final recommendations and solutions for client consideration • Develop deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences • Assist with implementation of recommended improvements • Manage project risks, issues, economics, budgets, expenses, profitability, administrative activities, and logistics • Manage day-to-day activities and staff assigned to workstreams or projects • Provide input, guidance, quality assurance, mentorship, and education to project staff • Build strong, referenceable client relationships • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Learn Premier-based technologies and services • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads • Contribute to sales presentation deliverables • Identify opportunities to improve profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to complete all required annual training • Travel 61–80% within the US • Master’s Degree; RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification are preferred
