📋 Description

• Deliver performance improvement services to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead or participate in engagement workstreams • Determine client needs and participate in client interviews • Execute, oversee, and quality-assure data analyses • Interpret analyses, form recommendations, and develop potential solutions • Develop client presentations and deliverables for varied audiences • Assist with risk identification and mitigation • Manage workstream economics, budgets, expenses, and project activities • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Learn Premier technologies and services • Identify market opportunities, contribute to sales presentations, and improve profitability • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in producing client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • For analytics-focused roles: expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases and methods of connecting datasets • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Ability to travel 61–80% within the US
