📋 Description

• Define and continuously improve the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, approval, baselining, and change management • Develop and maintain requirements processes in the QMS • Run structured interviews, workshops, and working sessions with business stakeholders, customers, and SMEs • Establish templates and quality standards for requirements artifacts and enforce consistency across teams • Author user stories, functional requirements specifications, configuration specifications, use case documents, and interface/data requirements • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking business needs, requirements, design, test cases, and releases • Run requirements review boards and walkthroughs and manage formal stakeholder sign-off • Own requirements change control, including impact analysis, approval routing, versioning, and communication • Identify gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities and ensure requirements are testable, unambiguous, and prioritized • Ensure requirements documentation meets applicable audit and compliance standards in regulated software environments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business analysis, product management, or requirements engineering • At least 2 years owning a requirements process • Experience with structured elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, use cases, and prototyping • Strong written communication skills • Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder input into clear, testable requirements • Experience with requirements management or ALM tooling such as Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jama Connect, ReqView, IBM DOORS, or similar • Familiarity with traditional SRS-style and agile epics/stories/acceptance criteria formats • Experience building or maintaining a requirements traceability matrix • Hands-on experience writing user stories, functional requirements specifications, and configuration specifications • Prior hands-on software development experience sufficient to read code and technical designs and assess feasibility and complexity • Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification • Preferred: Experience in regulated healthcare software, including 21 CFR 820, IEC 62304, SOC 2, HIPAA • Preferred: Exposure to API-first or platform products • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
